1. How to register?

In order to register for the Conference, you need to create an account by providing an email address and setting a secured password. Once the account is made, you will be directed to the conference registration form to register your contact details. After contact details are provided, you will be able to access your dashboard where you can submit abstract for Scientific Sessions & Special Forum, submit application for Young Scientist Awards 2024 (optional), submit application for travel grant (optional), and process your payment at any time before deadlines as below:

By 12 December 2023 (Bangkok Time):

  • Abstract Submission for Scientific Sessions & Special Forum
  • Application for Young Scientist Awards 2024 (Optional)
  • Application for Travel Grant (Optional)

By 7 February 2024 (Bangkok Time):

  • Early Registration

From 8 February to 1 March 2024 (Bangkok Time):

  • Regular Registration

Please note: registration does not require immediate payment, however registration is not considered complete until the registration fee is paid.

2. Registration Fee

All fees will cover admission to all oral and poster sessions, incubators and workshops, coffee breaks and lunches for every day during the conference. Participant is encouraged to pre-register as early as possible via online registration.

Participant shall register via online registration system to secure your participation in the conference. Please note that your registration will only be considered complete once the payment has been successfully processed. See the registration fee below.

Please note that no payment will be accepted on-site at the conference venue. The receipt for registration fee will be available for collection at the registration point during the conferences.

Payment of Fees

All prices are quoted in USD and THB. Payment of fees can be made by credit card or PayPal. All outstanding fees must be paid in full prior to the Conference.

All taxes and/or bank/Paypal charges, if any, will be borne by the participant.

Refund policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat.

For cancellation of registration before 1 March (Bangkok Time), 30% of the registration fee will be deducted as the cancellation fee and the remaining will be transferred back to you within 30 days after the closure of the conference.

Please note that no refund will be given if the cancellation of registration is made on or after 1 March 2024 (Bangkok Time).

Insurance

The conference organizing committee strongly recommends that you take out insurance for your travel and attendance at the conference. The conference cannot accept any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance.
